The development of La Sella started over 25 years ago; it is built at many different undulating and beautifully landscaped levels along one side of a mountain, facing across the valley to the Montgo mountain, and the Montgo National Park. From the main entrance to La Sella, you drive 3 km to reach the Los Pinares complex where our apartment is located. Our 2nd (top) floor apartment has been furnished and equipped to a good standard including full air-conditioning/heating units. There are two bedrooms each with two beds, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes. All bed linen and towels are provided - but bring your own beach towels! The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has seating for six people. There is a TV and a CD/Radio/Cassette player. The kitchen area contains an electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer, kettle and coffee filter machine. The adjacent utility room houses the electric water boiler, washing machine, ironing board, iron, etc. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a wall-mounted heater. Please note: no pets and no smoking. The spacious balcony off the lounge area has a patio table and six chairs. As this is a top floor apartment, the sun is on the balcony for most of the day throughout the summer. At ground level there is a covered car port, and a store room big enough for golf clubs. There is a communal pool within 50 metres or so, and several more at other locations at La Sella.
